Egg has a bit of an Ironman obsession going on at the moment. Since about February he's been asking persistantly for an Ironman costume and is hoping that Santa will bring him one for Christmas (or that Mummy will bring him one for his birthday, being that that comes first).
This morning, courtesy of his big sister, he learnt the hideous truth. That when he gets his own Ironman costume, it won't actually enable him to fly! I did try to explain that only Ironman's ACTUAL costume allows him to fly and we can't buy those because they're not for sale (because what would Ironman do then?). He's not amused.
One of life's little disappointments. Poor little guy.
